'collaboration can be both painful and beautiful'
the invisible castle podcast, episode seven
Some of the worst and best experiences we’ve had in ministry have been in seeking to collaborate with others. It can be messy, and bring out all kinds of unwelcome things in everyone involved, but it can also be quite beautiful when it comes off.
Dave Benson and Luke Cawley have both spent much of their adult lives designing and developing projects and contexts where diverse groups of Christians can work together towards a shared goal. In the latest episode of the invisible castle podcast, they chat about their experiences, convictions, and some of the practical approaches they’ve found most helpful for collaborating with others.
